
Customer Experience Ambassador

This is a critical customer-facing position that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional support to our customers throughout their entire journey with us.
As a key member of our Customer Success and Account Management teams, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to users, facilitating onboarding, and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and clear manner.
We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual who can work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be proficient in public speaking and able to deliver compelling presentations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify recurring issues and gather valuable feedback from customers to contribute to product improvement.
You will also be responsible for assisting the broader Customer Success team with various ad-hoc client projects such as usage and adoption reporting, presentation creation, and account analysis.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Facilitate onboarding for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to implementation.
- Conduct training and working sessions with customers to ensure they get the most out of our products and services.
- Resolve complex technical issues in a timely and clear manner, utilizing problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Assist the broader Customer Success team with various ad-hoc client projects, including usage and adoption reporting, presentation creation, and account analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or communications.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer support or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in public speaking and delivering compelling presentations.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
