We areseeking a dedicated Customer Care professional to join our team and provide exceptional support to our valued healthcare clients. As a Customer Care for Healthcare Account representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and responsiveness.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
  3. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow-up actions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  5. Continuously seek to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3rd yr medical student OR 1 yr CCE (healthcare/LOA), B2 CEFR
  2. Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client concerns efficiently
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering a positive client experience
