Job Summary

Zendesk is seeking a Revenue Growth Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through process improvements and effective communication.

You will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications to support process improvements, ensuring our teams have the necessary enablements to succeed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing communication plans to support change management
  • Creating enablements through emails, quick start guides, FAQs, videos, and virtual training sessions
  • Utilizing project management tools to track progress and report on key performance indicators
  • Analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and optimization of our quoting system, billing, and provisioning processes
  • Providing business requirements for system workflow and process improvements
  • Collaborating with technical teams to implement system changes and ensure seamless integration
  • Leveraging your analytical skills to drive business growth and improve financial metrics

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with financial systems, commerce-to-cash processes, and/or systems consulting background
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or closely related field
  • Able to analyze complex data sets and make informed recommendations
  • Proficient in SFDC, SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, and/or Zuora reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with system implementations, user acceptance testing, and associated documentation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
