Bilingual Executive Assistant

This is a freelance, remote role that requires a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, with fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and managing the CEO's calendar and emails, prioritizing and responding to routine inquiries.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and meeting bookings.
  • Managing task lists, deadlines, and sending timely reminders for meetings and deliverables.

The successful candidate will be comfortable and professional handling phone communications, have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), and be able to adapt quickly to new tools or processes as needed.

Additionally, the candidate should have exceptional organizational and time management skills, advanced digital literacy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

The work setup includes a remote position, requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with occasional weekend availability for urgent matters. The compensation is $7 per hour, with no benefits package included.
