About the Role

As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a fully remote position, requiring strong English communication skills.

  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless delivery of academic services.
  • Track student progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to students and their families.

You will work closely with our Regional Operations team to perform payroll functions and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling payroll through ADP and possess excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage instructor schedules and resources effectively.
  • Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth experience.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
