Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to help forward-thinking brands streamline internal operations and optimize workflows. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

This is a part-time opportunity, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with the potential to scale up to full time. The ideal candidate will have strong Monday.com expertise and be able to build, configure, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.

  • Build, configure, and optimize workflows in Monday.com (and possibly ClickUp)
  • Design and implement automations and integrations to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
  • Iterate on processes and workflows based on feedback
  • [Optional] Support client strategy and relationship management when needed
Requirements
  1. 3-4+ years of project management experience (agency or client-side)
  2. Specialist-level knowledge of Monday.com (workflow design, automations, dashboards)
  3. Strong skills in workflow optimization, systems, and operations
  4. Background in marketing agencies or growth consultancies
  5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  6. Proactive communicator who can take ownership with minimal oversight
