Operational Excellence Assistant Manager
Role SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process optimization, technology innovation, and customer experience enhancement.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows to enhance service delivery through standardization
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive business outcomes
Technology & Innovation:
- Evaluate and integrate new tools like AI, automation, and analytics to improve customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions
Training & Development:
- Provide coaching, skill-building programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for agents and team leads
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Data Analytics & Metric Improvement:
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure adherence to policies and maintain service excellence
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Foster a customer-centric culture by promoting empathy, understanding, and responsiveness
Experience:
- 5 years minimum BPO experience in customer service
- 4 years minimum handling a team for customer service accounts
Education:
- College graduate any course
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in shifting schedules
- Able to work onsite – Taguig
- Able to start ASAP
