Influencer Collaboration Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Collaboration Coordinator to join our team. This key role will be responsible for executing influencer marketing efforts to drive real business results.

  • Research and identify top influencers across social media platforms who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including outreach, onboarding, content coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Negotiate partnerships with creators to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content quality to optimize efforts and achieve maximum ROI.
  • Maintain a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.

This is a highly organized and detail-oriented role that requires a passion for influencer marketing and social media trends.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends.
  • Familiarity with the psychedelics space (a plus).
