Job Overview
  • We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals. You'll monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow reach and engagement.
  • Plan and create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
