Project Manager Role

The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager is to oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing project documentation provided by client services with manager and identifying potential issues that may jeopardize the ability to complete the project on time or impact its gross margin.
  • Managing internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules.
  • Providing regular updates to clients on project status during the fielding process via email or phone and recommending strategies to maximize sample while in field.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and ensuring all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner. Providing financial metrics required for billing and invoicing processes.

Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing research, preferably in healthcare data collections.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, and Word.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of detail.

This role requires working standard UK hours and may involve traveling to client sites or participating in remote meetings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
