Job Role

This is a remote position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our client's marketing and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity throughout all marketing materials.
  • Execute a content calendar; write and schedule engaging posts on various social media channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Propose creative content ideas aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Manage CRM data integrity using HubSpot software.
  • Add, update, and organize contacts, companies, and deals within the CRM system.
  • Support setup of basic automation workflows and email sequences to enhance customer engagement.
  • Segment contacts using tags, lists, and lifecycle stages to tailor communication strategies.
  • Conduct lead research and build prospect lists for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Track email engagement, lead activity, and document interactions with potential clients.
  • Send outreach messages via email and LinkedIn connections.
  • Set appointments via email or phone for qualified leads and prospects.
  • Provide administrative support by setting and managing appointments using Calendly and Google Calendar tools.
  • Create visual marketing content and reports using Canva or PowerPoint software.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or virtual assistant role.
  • Bachelor's degree related to the field or industry.
  • Must have US work experience and a strong understanding of local market trends.
  • Must have hands-on experience building and automating HubSpot CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and their advertising capabilities.
  • Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, and MS or Google Workspace applications.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage own responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
