Remote Digital Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to support our day-to-day digital operations as a Remote Digital Operations Specialist.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading and managing product inventory, executing email campaigns, and managing customer credits and promotional codes. Additionally, they will design eye-catching social media graphics and align all visuals with our brand identity and campaign themes. They will also post short-form videos and product promotions across various social media platforms and set up and manage Facebook events and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E Commerce Operations:
    • Manage product inventory using CommentSold and similar platforms
    • Pull and organize inventory from external sources and ensure listings are up-to-date and accurately maintained
    • Execute email campaigns targeting abandoned cart users and repurchasers
    • Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes
  • Graphic Design & Content Creation:
    • Design social media graphics and banners using Canva
    • Align visuals with brand identity and campaign themes
  • Social Media & Marketplace Management:
    • Post short-form videos and product promotions on TikTok, Facebook, and eBay
  • Event Planning & Promotion:
    • Set up and manage Facebook events and promotions
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance to the team as needed
    • Support with logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks to streamline operations
Requirements:
  • Skilled in Canva and experienced with graphic design software
  • Experienced with e-commerce tools and platforms (CommentSold, Shopify, or similar)
  • Familiar with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role
