About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Expert Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an SEO expert, you will play a key role in driving our online presence and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

  • This is a remote position requiring flexible work schedules (EST and MST time zones).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and digital analytics. You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead our SEO department and provide strategic direction on how to deliver top-notch results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing keyword research, including discovery, expansion, and optimization of opportunities.
  • Working with our content and web development teams to implement best practices and drive high-quality traffic.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A leadership role or previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an Expert Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the SEO department and providing strategic direction.
  • Managing keyword research and optimizing opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed as an Expert Digital Marketing Specialist, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of solid SEO management experience.
  • The most recent work employment must be SEO-related.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard tools, such as BrightLocal and AHREFS.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
