Digital Marketing and Paid Media Professional

Job Description: As a seasoned digital marketing expert, you will lead market research initiatives to identify target audiences and create targeted segments.

You will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. This encompasses planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Pinterest Ads.

In addition, you will work on email and SMS marketing campaigns via Klaviyo and analyze the performance of programmatic advertising, tracking key performance metrics.

You will also implement SEO and search optimization strategies to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and create well-defined audience segments
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns
  • Work on email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Analyze programmatic advertising performance
  • Implement SEO and search optimization strategies

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required. Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on paid media campaigns. Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand preferred. Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.

Preferred Skills: Experience working in a digital marketing agency setting, certifications in Google Analytics and Meta Blueprint a plus. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify highly valued.
