Product Innovation Leader

We are seeking a Product Innovation Leader who will take ownership of improving our supplement products. The ideal candidate will leverage customer feedback to drive meaningful changes and ensure that offerings exceed customer expectations.

This role involves working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging. It also requires conducting market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align product improvements with our brand positioning. Additionally, you will utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls
  • Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning
  • Data-Driven decision making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies to improve the unboxing experience, branding, and overall product experience
Requirements

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone who is proactive, strategic, and able to drive product innovation through customer insights.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ Years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools)
