Data and Scorecard Analyst

About the Job:

We are seeking a Data and Scorecard Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing various initiatives to meet business goals.

You will oversee scorecards and models used for acquisition, portfolio management, and collections. This includes developing strategies, accessing data, monitoring evaluations, and implementing changes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics or science, with a strong understanding of retail banking and statistical analysis. They should also be skilled in data-driven analysis and have knowledge of tools such as SAS, PySpark, or Python.

Additional responsibilities include researching and recommending external or alternative scorecards suitable to our target market, working with the Secured Lending Analytics Head to develop new underwriting and portfolio management strategies, and liaising with business and technical teams to implement scorecards and models.
