Job Title: Warranty Service Coordinator

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warranty Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Warranty Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all warranty claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Your primary focus will be on communicating with clients and stakeholders to resolve warranty-related issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and staff to ensure that vehicle repairs are undertaken efficiently and within quoted costs and technical guidelines.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. You will be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all warranty claims from inception to resolution
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve warranty-related issues
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and staff to ensure efficient and effective vehicle repairs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that warranty claims are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A mechanical trade qualification or similar
  • Diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism
  • At least 1 to 2 years of guest services or customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Experience in handling customer expectations and conflict
  • Supplier management experience
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
