Medical Associate Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to medical services calls and emails from senior management, pilots, cabin crew members, and their dependents in a timely manner.
  • Manage medical and dental bookings by adhering to administrative processes and GCAA requirements for licensed flying crew.
  • Maintain confidentiality of medical records.
  • Handle emergency calls on the Medical Hotline and provide triage and appointment booking support as necessary.
  • Triage and handle cases from the Medical Advise line as required.
  • Meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure Service Levels are met.
  • Provide customers with accurate product and service information to maintain quality service provision.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to a Team Leader when necessary to uphold quality of service.
  • Work on multiple accounts simultaneously to enhance productivity.
  • Achieve or surpass a set call Quality score on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Stay knowledgeable on account subjects, including Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
