Workforce Planning Specialist

The Workforce Planning Manager will be responsible for analyzing and predicting workforce trends, forecasting staffing needs, and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize operational performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce management models to ensure accurate forecasting and allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to design and implement reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze employee demographics, turnover rates, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workforce efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
- Experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related field with minimum 5 years of experience.
Work Arrangements
