Workforce Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilizing business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities.

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Use metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and productivity.
  • Predict work volume, handle time, and staff shrinkage, and provide staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and center-wide performance.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing inputs and overseeing the implementation of continuously improved forecasts and plans; measuring performance, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations on how to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics.
  • Creating, maintaining, and distributing reporting and plans to guide various teams within the organization to success and add value to the broader organization.
  • Researching and recommending performance and efficiency improvement processes and changes.
