  • Communicate effectively with clients to facilitate timely approvals and maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare high-quality marketing presentations, proposals, and reports to showcase business growth.
  • Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing, vendor coordination, and asset organization.
  • Organize creative assets and documentation using shared drives and project management tools for efficient workflow.
  • Support social media scheduling, email marketing coordination, and content updates to engage target audiences.
  • Monitor and manage social media inboxes and online reviews for multiple clients to ensure optimal customer experience.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms is necessary for managing multiple tasks and workflows.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting is crucial for this role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, GBP, and TikTok is beneficial for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
