  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer challenges, needs, and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support (ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to walk customers through solutions.
  • Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar.
