Key Operations Manager Role

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives across various operational landscapes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and governance of operations projects to align with business goals.
  • Maintain the enterprise portfolio roadmap and ensure alignment with resource availability.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into initiative health and delivery risks.
  • Project Management & Execution
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, charters, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to standard project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Partner closely with leaders and teams to ensure initiative success.
  • Facilitate executive updates with clear progress narratives.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations.
  • Process Improvement & Value Delivery
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Track and report on benefits realization.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
  • Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Effective time management and task prioritization
  • Proactive approach to operational challenges
  • Collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in project management
  • Experience tracking and reporting operations compliance metrics
  • Strong knowledge in delivering complex initiatives
  • Analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
  • Must be Work From Home enabled with stable internet connection
