The Role
  • We are seeking passionate and empathetic individuals to join our team as Family Care Coordinators.

This role involves working closely with families to collect, review, and track documentation, conducting outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries, verifying documentation accuracy, and communicating effectively with families via phone, text, and email.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with customer service, administrative support, or healthcare-related roles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document review and tracking.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, shared drives, and/or document management tools.
