Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Commercial Planning group. As a key member of the team, you will provide commercial planning support to the Sales Team ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of outputs.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and possess the ability to think strategically. With a focus on building and analyzing data, this role requires a graduate with at least 1-2 years of sales or finance reporting experience.

Accountabilities
  • Responsible for overall compliance to iSMS process including tasks such as goods (FG) reconciliation, daily validation of load & stock summary reports, plan maintenance, customer master data coordination, reporting and analysis, and administration.
  • Generate and provide data required for FG reconciliation; Upload FG reconciliation report for approval of SM and Finance
  • Responsible for the inventory of all iPAD devices in the sales office
Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-year course graduate
  • At least 1-2 years of sales or finance reporting experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to think strategically
Work Details
  • Work Location: Bacolod Sales Offices
  • Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 8:30 AM
