We are seeking a talented Tier 2 Engineer to join our team in delivering exceptional results. This role is perfect for individuals with strong technical skills and experience in Power infrastructure management.

Job Description:

The Tier 2 Engineer will be responsible for providing Level 2 Operations Support for Power systems, including incident management, network restoration, and proactive maintenance. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized support for Power infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation and superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in the network, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Perform root cause analysis, identifying and resolving issues related to AC and DC power systems.
  • Develop and implement permanent fix solutions, improving network performance and reliability.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of AC and DC power systems, including switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, motors, pumps, rectifiers, batteries, charging systems, and battery management systems.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT and/or Telco industry in roles related to Network and Power.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
