This role is a key position within our organization, responsible for the management and administration of IT systems. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT systems engineering, with a strong focus on Mac-centric endpoint engineering.
Responsibilities- Manage and administer IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering.
- Expert-level knowledge of Jamf Pro, including configuration, scripting, and server maintenance.
- Strong scripting abilities in Bash, Python, and AppleScript.
- Proven track record of supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
