- Listen attentively to customers, demonstrate empathy, and build strong rapport through effective communication.
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products or services that align with customer needs.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer-centric mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. They should be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
