Customer Support Representative

This is a dynamic and rapidly growing opportunity to work in a car rental company. As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the claims department with resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including handling tolls and parking tickets.
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and text, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support or administration is preferred.
  • Marketing background or experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS, Headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only.
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated.
  • Backup Internet.
