We are seeking a dynamic Guest Services Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless stays for our guests.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week by the computer. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency with OTA booking channels
  • Guesty or similar short-term rental property management systems
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
