Construction Estimator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction estimator to join our team. As a construction estimator, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate estimates to clients and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough takeoffs based on received drawings and project specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, address queries, and resolve issues related to projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuously improve estimating processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall project outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates on time, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools like Monday.com or similar platforms.
