Financial Leadership Role

  • The Financial Manager is responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including sales and marketing expenditure reviews, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Provide insightful financial information and expert interpretation.
  • Develop strategic financial management frameworks to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and prepare required reporting in accordance with audit checklists.
  • Nurture professional relationships with auditors, bankers, and statutory organizations.
  • Oversee the coordination and preparation of internal and external audits, as well as fiscal documentation.
  • Lead the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Plan and prepare budgets and forecasts that drive business growth.
  • Monitor and interpret cash flows, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Supervise the Finance and Accounting team, overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, billing, coding, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations through timely quarterly and year-end closing.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in accounting or finance.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA.
  • Proven experience working with USA accounting systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company.
  • In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Expertise in ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Unwavering commitment to high professional standards and ethics, coupled with ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective performance management of support staff.
  • Direct experience coordinating internal and external audits.
