Finance Leader Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Finance Director to lead our finance team and provide strategic support to our senior management.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute and proactive financial leader who thrives in fast-paced growth environments.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing the finance team, developing and implementing financial reporting processes, supporting budgetary planning and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with tax and statutory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information to stakeholders.
  • Develop and evolve financial reporting processes and business systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Support the development of budgetary plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls, and reconciliations are performed correctly.
  • Produce and interpret management accounts, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
