We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our team.
- This position involves providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone.
Key responsibilities include responding to customers in a professional and friendly manner, handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias is required.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once is essential.
- Empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns are crucial qualities for this role.
