About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Account Management Professional to lead key client relationships, ensuring their objectives are met through effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations for client accounts, contribute to increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services, and maintain brand popularity among consumers via social media platforms.

Key responsibilities include executing brand strategies for both clients and the organization, developing brand image for clients and the organization's products or services, conducting market research on emerging trends, and analyzing competitors' products and brand issues.

The successful applicant will possess at least 2 years of agency experience in client servicing, with a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering projects within set deadlines.

They will have a solid understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

A strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of agency experience in client servicing
  • Clients handled are preferably from the hospitality and retail industries
  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver projects on time
  • Strong understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management
