Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead our equity and innovation strategy, driving sustainable growth through brand vision alignment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an equity and innovation strategy, setting priorities and delivering plans to strengthen the portfolio.
  • Manage the portfolio, overseeing brand architecture, revenue, profit, campaign excellence, and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
  • Marketing experience in a matrix environment within the consumer goods industry.
  • Brand equity management skills, including championing brand strategy, positioning, communications, and managing multi-market campaigns.
  • Analytical and creative skills, balancing commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Effective collaboration with other marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams.
