Job Overview

This role plays a crucial part in the smooth operation of our supply chain by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.


Main Responsibilities
  • Enter and update shipping, receiving, and inventory data into our database with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain comprehensive records of logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory updates
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless data alignment
  • Generate regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels
  • Monitor and track shipments to guarantee on-time delivery and proper documentation
  • Support documentation for customs, freight, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of sensitive data

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in logistics support or data entry
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, or WMS)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
