We are seeking a Logistics Strategist to support our Head of Supply Chain in analyzing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Amazon/E-commerce Platform Oversight: Manage Amazon and Shopify order management platforms and integration tools to ensure smooth transaction flows and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory: Strategize end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination: Understand relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
  • Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Understand relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and external partners alongside the Supply Chain team to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably both.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of leadership/people management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite. Experience with Shopify and Helium10 is required.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Gorilla ROI and Scale Insights.
