  2. To work closely with the Assistant Corporate Secretary and the Head of Corporate and Custodianship to supervise Paralegals in performing corporate secretary and other corporate housekeeping functions for subsidiaries and affiliates and patent and trademark registration requirements.
  3. To provide legal advisory and opinion, draft and review contracts, forms, and letters for all subsidiaries of the Bank.
