Remote Senior Account Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, verifying and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered. This role requires a high level of organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude and excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Payment Processing: Process payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Receipt Verification: Verify receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any account discrepancies or payment issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Outlook.
- Strong Netsuite experience in functions for AR and AP process.
- Strong working knowledge using Excel pivot tables, advanced formulas etc.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
