Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee the entire manufacturing process of fine jewelry from start to finish.

This includes managing production schedules, allocating workloads, and tracking progress across internal teams and external manufacturers. Additionally, you will source and manage relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes, and supply chain management. Experience communicating with factories, vendors, and suppliers is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Production Operations: Oversee daily production operations ensuring quality control and timely order fulfillment.
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage production schedules, allocate workloads, and track progress.
  • Vendor Relationships: Source and manage relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control standards across all stages of production.
  • Inventory Management: Forecast inventory needs and procure necessary materials on time.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in jewelry production or manufacturing management.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes, and supply chain management.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and experience working with factories, vendors, and suppliers.
