Junior Quality Assurance Consultant

As a key member of our testing team, you'll play a vital role in validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards for customer and internal projects. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career QA professionals to grow technical and business skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Test and validate integrations between systems for seamless data flows and workflows.
  • Review user stories and API documentation to ensure testability and clarity.
  • Design and execute manual and automated test cases for data mapping, synchronization, and error handling.
  • Verify data accuracy and visualization on BI reports and dashboards.
  • Document and track bugs, issues, and test results using agile project management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, BI teams, and Technical Solutions Architects to resolve defects and improve overall quality.
  • Contribute to QA automation initiatives using industry-standard tools like Selenium and Cypress.
  • Assist in maintaining QA process documentation and knowledge base.
