Expert Leadership Opportunity

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our QA efforts as an Automation Lead.

About the Role:

This position demands exceptional problem-solving skills, strong leadership qualities, and proficiency in automation testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using test frameworks.
  • Create comprehensive test strategies, documents, and processes.
  • Analyze and report issues to the development team.
  • Perform manual and automated testing, creating test scripts for projects.
  • Provide detailed records, test cases, and share feedback with project teams.
  • Ensure finished products meet project objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools.
  • Strong experience in automation testing tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium).
  • Proficiency in API Testing and programming languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.).
  • Leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.
  • Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases.
