Digital Downloads and SEO Manager Job Description

As a highly organized Digital Downloads and SEO Manager, you will lead digital storefront operations on a popular marketplace.

  • Upload and manage digital download listings to ensure high visibility and maximum sales.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve online presence.
  • Create compelling, search-optimized product titles, descriptions, and tags that drive traffic and conversion.
  • Efficiently manage file delivery and troubleshoot customer access issues to maintain excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Develop or coordinate visually appealing product designs using Canva or Adobe tools to capture customers' attention.
  • Analyze shop analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust listings accordingly to boost traffic and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, SEO trends, and policies to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a successful digital products store on a prominent e-commerce platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), keyword tools, and listing optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with various digital file formats and delivery automation methods to streamline processes.
