Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our online presence by uploading engaging content, responding to customer reviews, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Create events and promotions to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage contact databases and assist in lead generation activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses to form strategic partnerships that enhance our brand's reach and credibility.
  • Set up accounts, liaison with affiliates, and manage affiliate partner payouts to optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Analyze KPIs, adjust bids or budgets, and review keyword performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Gather insights on our target audience profiles and develop a content strategy with internal teams to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Prepare progress reports and monitor the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies.
  • Conduct research on trends, promotional activities used by competitors, and competitive marketing insights to stay ahead in the market.
  • Implement SEO strategies and conduct keyword research to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level).
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in layouts, typography, print, and web design.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
  • A compelling portfolio of work showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
