Process Improvement Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Quality Transformation Leader to shape the future of work.
This role requires strong business acumen and experience in process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a track record of launching successful projects that impact revenue generation, customer service, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute key process improvement project roadmaps for aligned businesses.
- Interact with clients to understand key business priorities and identify opportunities.
- Lead Black Belt (BB) level projects and coach Green Belts.
- Provide innovative leadership to drive quality performance.
- Direct the identification of gaps and improvements in various processes.
- Ensure problem-solving and root cause analysis where necessary.
- Deploy frameworks to improve process performance on the shop floor.
- Lead Visual Management of dashboards and metrics.
- Generate business impact using Continuous Improvement methodologies.
