Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring operational efficiency across the business.

This is a pivotal role that requires someone who can turn complexity into clarity, build scalable processes, and drive structured improvement.

  • Improve, Optimize and Standardize Processes
  • Identify, assess, optimize and document core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation, to promote ongoing learning and optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g. A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System)
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
