Job Title: Virtual Medical Coordinator

A virtual medical coordinator is a key professional responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration between healthcare providers and clients.

This role involves managing day-to-day operations, client expectations, and team performance to meet predetermined goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning, execution, and problem-solving processes for medical client-VA pairs to achieve target results set by clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop task lists that enhance productivity and profitability for both their businesses and VA-client relationships.
  • Work closely with clients to leverage Global Medical services and grow their businesses effectively.
  • Oversee medical client-VA relationships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to mitigate concerns.
  • Anticipate growth opportunities, recognize patterns, handle complex situations, and negotiate as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
  • MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL MANAGEMENT/REMOTE MANAGEMENT, with familiarity with operational processes.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND ORAL).
  • ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND COLLABORATE WITH HIGH-LEVEL PROFESSIONALS.
  • SELF-MOTIVATED, FOCUSED, ORGANIZED, AND STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
  • CREATIVE THINKING ABILITY, CAPABLE OF DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS BASED ON CLIENT REQUIREMENTS.
  • PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS AND GOOGLE SUITE.
