City Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced City Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely managing day-to-day operations of our business on one or more locations.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the way people play football. As City Manager, you will be responsible for inventory and revenue management, customer experience and service, and other ad hoc management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our business on one or more locations
  • Oversee inventory and revenue management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and service
  • Perform other ad hoc management responsibilities as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality or a similar field, managing a branch, outlet, or department
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profit growth while delighting customers
  • Experience managing 3+ people and being accountable for achieving sales and profit targets
  • Excellent English communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
  • Friendly positive attitude and team player
