Job Overview

A Remote Auditor conducts remote inspections using technology to ensure compliance with inspection rules and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspectors conduct inspections efficiently upon request from coordinators and verify that all information provided is complete.
  2. They comply with inspectors' manuals, contract instructions, and guidelines for inspection execution.
  3. Results are reported using standard inspection report forms.
  4. Reports are submitted on time according to deadlines provided by KPI.
  5. Risks detected during inspections are reported to coordinators in accordance with risk detection guidelines.
  6. Inspectors use tools and materials provided by the company carefully.
  7. Any deviation from standard procedures is reported to coordinators.
  8. Support PCA operations in promoting remote inspection.
Requirements
  • University degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executing inspections is essential.
  • Knowledge of specific industries or technician/professional level is an advantage.
  • Decisive, assertive, results-driven, and customer-oriented individual.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Fookien. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Judgement and integrity should be applied accordingly.
